From the director: As a production company, ReelMavens is dedicated to promoting diversity and women in film, both in front of and behind the camera. This film is a story about women who couldn’t fight for what they believed in while working within the confines of the justice system, so they went out on their own to stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves. The story mirrors the mission of the film hiring as women and minorities have been abused and degraded in Hollywood, and with ReelMavens, they are given an opportunity to shine.
